What's the best way to store coffee?

We recommend storing your coffee in a cool, dark place. Whole-bean coffee can be stored in our bags, which have a one-way gas valve and a zip fastener for added freshness. Ground coffee should always be stored in an airtight container. We do not recommend refrigeration or freezing.

What should I do with my older coffee beans? Can I still use them to make a drink?

As long as the coffee is stored correctly, it's still drinkable. Just be aware that the longer coffee is stored, the more it degasses and loses some of its flavor.

What is the shelf life of coffee?

The best time to use coffee is within 8 weeks of the roast date.

Is your packaging recyclable?

Yes, you can dispose of your empty packaging in the recycling bin. What's more, our 250g coffee packs are aluminum-free and CO2-neutral.

What countries do you ship to?

Throughout the European Union.

What is your returns policy?

As coffee is a perishable commodity, we are unable to accept returns on coffee. However, if your order arrived damaged or if there was an error with your order, we'd be delighted to help! Please contact us for assistance.
