Metropolitan France and the EU
- Coffee orders are prepared and handed over to the carrier within 24 hours, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
- Our partner Colissimo commits to delivering parcels within 2 working days in Metropolitan France, and 3 to 4 days in European Union countries.
- Orders for espresso machines are prepared and shipped by our logistics partner. Packages are shipped and delivered within 3 to 5 business days in mainland France, and slightly longer for deliveries outside of France. Someone must be present at the delivery address to receive the package.
- Delivery via Colissimo Relay, Colissimo with and without signature is free for orders of 40 euros including VAT.
- For all other purchases, a shipping fee applies (between €4,56 and €10,13 depending on the weight of the package and the delivery option chosen).
- Shipping costs include preparation and packaging costs as well as postage. Preparation costs are fixed, while transport costs vary depending on the total weight of the package. We recommend consolidating all of your items into one order. We cannot combine two orders placed separately and shipping charges apply to each order. Your package is shipped at your own risk, but special attention is paid to fragile items.
