ORIGIN
This coffee comes from the SanCoffee cooperative in the town of Santo Antônio do Amparo, which brings together some twenty growers from the Campo das Vertentes region. These growers had a clear vision of the specialty coffee market and the development of coffee growing in the region. Over time, they have developed their infrastructure to be at the cutting edge of technology, with fully automated solutions for dry processing and warehousing.
Alongside member farms, the cooperative runs numerous projects focused on social and environmental responsibility, ensuring the long-term sustainability of the coffee business. These efforts have enabled SanCoffee to obtain B Corp certification in 2019.
RECOMMENDATION
Perfect for espresso, cappuccino and latte. This natural Brazil coffee is equally well suited to piston / French press and Bialetti-type Italian coffee makers.
To prepare this natural Brazilian espresso coffee, we recommend you first grind 18.5g of coffee (fine grind) and then extract around 45g of liquid in 25 seconds.
NOTES
Chocolate - caramelized almonds - dried fruit.
However, if you're looking for a fruitier, tangier coffee for espresso, we recommend our Ethiopia Yirgacheffe.
