• The Sage Barista Touch Impress Cold's Impress Puck system will help solve one of the most difficult parts of preparing a good espresso: dosing and tamping the ground coffee. The tamper will then exert a constant 10 kg pressure on the coffee dose, with a 7° barista twist for a polished roller.
